Thomson Rivers University offers a Bachelor of Science degree program which gives students a broad science background, and at the same time the opportunity to specialize in areas of interest. The degree gives flexibility in career choices. Graduates are particularly well prepared to enter a B.Ed Secondary program, and many others enter graduate schools for further study in their field.
While Thompson Rivers University does not have any particular undergraduate major in Neuroscience -there are 15 different areas in which you can concentrate your Biology major at TRU , some of which might be very interesting to you.
Biology; Animal Biology; Ecology & Environmental Biology; Cellular, Molecular & Microbial Biology; Chemistry; Environmental Chemistry; Computer Science; Mathematics; Mathematical Science; Physics*.
Many students will go on to take neuroscience graduate degrees after attending Thompson Rivers University in Canada.
